Horizons Hampton Roads faces a funding crisis after a two-year $250,000 EPA grant was terminated—forcing the nonprofit to scramble for emergency funds ahead of its summer academic program.

The MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk will open on Memorial Day, May 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to let visitors honor fallen service members by placing a poppy on a memorial wreath and receiving a complimentary flower and flag arrangement (free admission) while supplies last (subject to availability).
