- ➤ Norfolk residents will join a free workshop on city code enforcement at 835 Glenrock Road from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 15—registration is required by noon on Nov. 13 to secure a light breakfast and lunch and have their questions answered. WAVY
- ➤ Crews in Norfolk have begun modifying Granby Street to add an all-bike lane on the right for northbound cyclists from the Granby Street Bridge to Kingsley Lane and built a right-turn lane from Granby Street to Willow Wood Drive—speed limits were reduced from 35 mph to 30 mph as part of ongoing improvements that will eventually add bike lanes in both directions from Granby Street to Admiral Taussig Boulevard near Wards Corner.
