- ➤ Construction crews will install a fence around the new Maury High School project site, which lies across from the historic school at 20th Street and Llewellyn Avenue, this weekend of Nov 8-9 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The city will post signs to guide drivers around the closed-off roads—Washington Park, De Bree Avenue, Llewellyn Avenue, 19th Street, 20th Street, and Shirley Avenue—as the project enters its first phase. - ➤ Keep Norfolk Beautiful and Norfolk Public Library will host the UpCycle Festival on Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mary D.
