The event highlighted the community’s commitment to nature during the best planting season in Southeast Virginia.

Norfolk International Airport now offers comfort to nervous travelers with certified therapy dogs as part of the Welcome Waggin’ program, featuring dogs like Pixie, Rocco, and Arlo.

The airport said more dogs will join the rotation in the coming months as it works to enhance passenger experience — it recently earned a 4-Star Regional Airport Rating from Skytrax.
