- ➤ Police in Norfolk investigated a man found unresponsive in the water on the 4400 block of Pretty Lake Avenue Wednesday night — he was pronounced dead at the scene and no foul play was suspected as the OCME will determine his cause of death. WAVY

- ➤ Norfolk is hosting its first International Twins Association Convention at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel this Labor Day weekend. Twin organizers Cheryl and Meryl Hollar kick off the festival on Friday with dinner, dancing, a raffle and interactive games—visitors can explore local attractions and join a twins lookalike contest until August 31. 13 News Now
