Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a delivery driver in a medical emergency and ensured a customer's food order was delivered; the driver was later taken to hospital + doorbell camera footage showed the crew's helpful actions.

Del. Phil Hernandez launched a contest for residents to design an Ocean View license plate.

Designs will be accepted until Sept. 15 and the winning entry will be sent to the General Assembly for state approval.
