- ➤ A Norfolk restaurant will add a 15% tip on dine-in orders & a 5% fee on takeout starting Aug. 1 to support employees facing lower tips. The owner said the change helps provide fair wages while keeping prices affordable for customers. WAVY

- ➤ Two Norfolk art galleries closed recently—Gallerie Ukwensi, after seven years in business, closed earlier this month while Gallery 21 shut in March after nine years.
