- ➤ A Breeze Airways flight from Las Vegas to Norfolk was diverted to Charleston International Airport at 9:30 p.m. Friday due to severe thunderstorms near Norfolk and, while parked, was struck on the tail by a taxiing ANA Boeing 787-10 at 9:49 p.m.—passengers safely deplaned with two evaluated for minor injuries and a recovery flight arranged to transport them to Norfolk. 3 WTKR

- ➤ A Norfolk family remains unsatisfied with the sentencing of Gary Moore who was convicted of voluntary manslaughter for the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Roosevelt McKinney during an altercation at MacArthur Center on April 2—despite Moore's twice-issued apology and two trials. WAVY
