A man accidentally shot himself and walked into Sentara Norfolk General Hospital on June 23 — police said his non-life-threatening injury is under investigation.

Norfolk police responded just after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a stabbing on Hunter Street and are investigating the incident further.
