- ➤ Eventgoers headed to the Virginia International Tattoo, Norfolk NATO Festival and Parade of Nations this weekend are urged to use transit options as streets will be closed and parking is limited. The Tide light rail, Elizabeth River Ferry and free park-and-ride lots (Newtown Road, Military Highway, Ballentine/Broad Creek Stations) offer convenient access to venues (Scope Arena, Town Point Park) where scheduled performances and celebrations will take place. - ➤ WHRO-FM will debut Arts and Letters this April — a pop-up series that links classical music to the Seven Liberal Arts and features surprise cultural appearances that celebrate National Poetry Month along with nods to Shakespeare’s and Prokofiev’s birthdays.
