The Tide light rail, Elizabeth River Ferry and free park-and-ride lots (Newtown Road, Military Highway, Ballentine/Broad Creek Stations) offer convenient access to venues (Scope Arena, Town Point Park) where scheduled performances and celebrations will take place. - ➤ WHRO-FM will debut Arts and Letters this April — a pop-up series that links classical music to the Seven Liberal Arts and features surprise cultural appearances that celebrate National Poetry Month along with nods to Shakespeare’s and Prokofiev’s birthdays.
