Hampton Roads Transit will offer free rides on all bus, light rail, ferry, paratransit and OnDemand services on Earth Day, April 22—an event designed for residents to try transit without cost.
In Norfolk, Councilwoman Mamie Johnson will meet riders at the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center at 10:15 a.m. for a roundtrip on Route 4.
