  • Repair work at the Colley Avenue rail crossing will affect Tide light rail service from Monday through Wednesday nights in Norfolk. Bus shuttles will connect York Street Freemason and EVMC-Fort Norfolk stations from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with repairs ending at 5 a.m. the next morning.  13 News Now
